2017 Macbeth and Lady Macbeth

This play is based on Shakespeare's "Macbeth'' and focuses on Lady Macbeth's ambition and cunning nature. These days, the same line of adaptation is accepted and played around the world. We received comments that said the audience enjoyed many magical and humorous scenes, and the lighting effects were wonderful, so they were able to enjoy the whole show of about two hours.

2010~2013 An Alternative Tempest

This is "An Alternative Tempest", an adaptation of Aimé Césaire's "A tempest". He was a renowned french poet, playwright and politician from Martinique, a french island in the Caribbeans.  The story is about a duke from Milan. His name is Prospero, now exiled on a deserted island with his daughter, Miranda. He is a magician who plots to revenge those who are responsible for his misfortune. The time has come when there was a shipwrech on his shore with Alonzo, a king of Milan and his subjects on board. It's a perfect setting for an inevitable tragedy...

2007,2009  Salsa Sur Seine

It was a big success for Fuji Scène Francophone. There was danse, music and love, all the good elements of what people appreciate.
Rémi, a young student at the conservatoire in Paris was about to graduate, if he could play his classical piece to the judges' liking. But he couldn't refuse anymore to play instead, the music he passionately loved. "Salsa!!". He left the concert hall and went to join his musician friends. But they wouldn't accept him because he didn't have the right colour of skin. For his passion, he had to reinvent himself and that's exactly what he did. The story gets complicated when he met Nataly who fell in love with him who wasn't really who she thought he was!
Anyway everybody loved it and with the music played live on the stage, you couldn't resisit to move your body. At the end professional dansers and audiences dansed together and that really was a big finale.

2009  The Odyssey of the Oddness

It's a play for the occassion of Yokohama Port festival. When Lafcadio Hearn was a journalist in Louisiana, he collected strange, singular stories. From his experiences in Martinique he wrote "Two years in the french West Indies". Then he landed in Yokohama, Japan in 1890. This play assembled stories he wrote and collected all those years. There are skeletons, an ominous bird from tropical island, a snow lady in mountainous contryside of Japan.  In a way it's a trip into his psyche.
